Returns

Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days. Your 30-day return window begins the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in original condition, returned with the original box and all original packaging, inserts, and accessories.

Important: We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. If you have worn the shoes and discover a manufacturing defect, please see the Warranty section below — we are happy to help.

Hassle-Free Return Assurance

Shopping online should feel risk-free. For just $4, you can add Hassle-Free Return Assurance to your order at checkout. If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no extra cost.

No Return Assurance? No problem — just note that return shipping will be at your expense if you did not add the $4 option at checkout. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as you are responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

Please note: Hassle-Free Return Assurance is not available on final sale items, items purchased with 30% discount or greater, samples and socks (see Final Sale policy below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method for eligible items in unworn, original condition.

Late Returns (after 30 days): Returns received outside the 30-day window are subject to store credit only.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help you find the perfect size or style. Free exchanges are available on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat rate of $10 shipping applies to the outbound exchange shipment.

Include your order confirmation, contact information, and the item(s) you wish to exchange in your return package. Once we receive your original item, we will ship your exchange at no additional shipping charge (for orders over $99).

Restocking Fees

To maintain fair service for all customers, a restocking fee may be applied under the following circumstances:

        The item is not returned in its original condition, including the original box, packaging, and inserts.

        The item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not what was originally shipped.

        The return is initiated after the 30-day return window.

        Only part of the product is returned (e.g., one shoe from a pair).

        A customer initiates more than three returns without retaining a purchase.

Final Sale Items

All sales on the following items are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or Hassle-Free Return Assurance:

Free shipping standard ground is available on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat rate of $10 shipping applies.

International orders: We do not ship to international locations.

Although we do our best to ensure all packages are shipped promptly, we cannot guarantee against delays caused by weather, postal disruptions, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
